Provide financial, business and strategic consulting and advisory services primarily to emerging growth and middle market high technology companies; services include interim CFO, M&A due diligence, equity and debt financing assistance, strategic and financial planning, and other related corporate accounting and finance services.

Responsible for management of worldwide financial and administrative operations of the company including accounting, finance, investor relations, tax, treasury and cash management, IT and facilities.  Provided strong financial management and leadership during a high growth period in which revenue increased from $0 to over $200 million in less than 5 years; instrumental in the company’s successful Initial Public Offering in February 2000; participated in the $1 billion acquisition and integration of a public software company as well as four private company acquisitions and four strategic private company investments; heavily involved in several significant multi-million dollar customer, partner and OEM agreements; negotiated $20 million bank line of credit; implemented the evaluation of internal controls in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act..

Managed finance and accounting operations during a period of high growth ($49M to $200M); responsible for preparation and management of corporate budgets, forecasts and strategic plans; oversaw implementation of new accounting system and development of new policies, procedures and control processes; involved in a number of new strategic investments, joint venture arrangements, formation of subsidiaries and the acquistion of a foreign entity; maintained and managed various executive compensation plans;assisted in structure and formation of limited Internal Employee Stock Purchase Plan
