Summary

Ms. Dridi is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with a wide range of experience and success with both private and public technology companies, primariy in software, IT service and internet/ecommerce.  She was instrumental in the growth and management of webMethods, Inc,  which was recognized as the strongest revenue growth software company in the U.S. from 1998 to 2002 ($0 to $200M).  She also led the company’s IPO which was the most successful software IPO to date in 2000.  In addition, she was named CFO of the Year by the Northern Virginia, Maryland and DC Technology Councils in 2002.   Ms. Dridi currently serves on the Board of Advisors of buySAFE and Visual CV and is an active angel investor in Rollstream.  She is currently providing CFO consulting and advisory services to technology companies and is active in a number of local charities and organizations.
