My significant experience in research and executive search allows me to bring a unique perspective to the job hunting process. For the past twenty years I have been fortunate to be able to pursue my passion successfully working with numerous professionals and entrepreneurs by providing guidance through coaching to clarify values, define skills, and explore possibilities to help achieve specific career goals.  Through my coaching activities I have developed an invaluable network of professionals, often experts in their field, who serve as advisors and mentors to my clients.

 

Serving a diverse clientele, approximately 40% of my practice is comprised of employed individuals who are interested in confidentially exploring their career options, 30% are professionals from traditional outplacement programs, and 30% are students currently pursuing an MBA degree or recent graduate students who are interested in leveraging their newly acquired degree and skills. 

 

Of course, the foundation of every job search begins with a well-written resume.  Whether functional, chronological or a combination of both, I focus on design and content to capture the reader’s attention with a well-formatted, crisp resume depicting measurable achievements in an easy to read format.

Volunteer and Fundraising

Orthopaedic Hospital of Los Angeles

 

Lucille has provided extensive volunteer and fundraising support to programs and projects for the children of Orthopaedic Hospital of Los Angeles.  Lucille has served as the President of the hospital’s largest auxiliary, Las Madrecitas, where she directed the most successful fundraising campaign in the 50 year history of the organization. 

 

Barbara Sinatra Children's Center

Founded in 1986 by Barbara and Frank Sinatra, the Barbara Sinatra Children's Center at Eisenhower is widely acknowledged as a state-of-the-art haven for abused children. The not-for-profit facility provides individual and group therapy for young victims of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse.

Gilda's Club

Gilda's Club is named in honor of Saturday Night Live comedian Gilda Radner, who died of ovarian cancer in 1989. Gilda dreamed that all people affected by cancer, as well as their families and friends, would have access to the same kind of emotional and social support that she received during her illness. 

The first Gilda's Club opened its signature red door in New York City in 1995.

The headquarters organization for a network of 30 affiliates, Gilda's Club Worldwide works with communities around the world to start and sustain local clubhouses. 

Revlon Run Walk

REVLON Run/Walk For Women has grown to become one of the nation's largest 5K fundraising events. To date, the Run/Walks (LA/NY) have distributed nearly $55 million dollars for cancer research, counseling, and outreach programs. Thanks in part to these funds, new treatments are being developed and lives are being saved.
