Kierra Ouedraogo

 I am a motivated person and I enjoy helping others whenever possible.  When faced with positions that place me in a position to be a leader, I am a good planner, but I do need to develop more leadership skills. I love learning new skills and I personally believe that there are some skills that will only be gained while in the act of doing them. I enjoy receiving feedback  from others who are experienced and who currently are in the job position that I one day wish to have.
