Helped establish HR function that supported rapid business growth, reporting directly to SVP of HR. Developed new hire orientation programs to instill company culture in all employees, and designed self-directed learning programs for managers.

• Automated all HR systems, replacing manual files with custom-built database that cut administration time from one week to 2 days, thereby facilitating growth from 200 to 1,500 employees with no increase in HR staff.
