Leslie was most recently the Director of Business Operations and Human Resources for The Heiden Group, a highly successful recruiting firm for venture-backed and global technology companies.  The Heiden Group places executives into vital leadership and revenue generating roles including CIO, CTO, VP of Sales and VP of Business Development for hundreds of clients.  The Heiden Group specializes in building national sales teams from the ground up for a number of organizations, ensuring human capital investments drive rapid and profitable growth within companies.

Before joining The Heiden Group, Leslie was the Employment Specialist for The Renaissance Mayflower Hotel, "Washington's second best address".  For Marriott International, this hotel is the flagship for the Renaissance Brand and is not only a notable historic landmark, but also a part of Washington DC's rich history.

Leslie brings over 5 years of human resources, marketing, operations and business management experience from the government, a Fortune 100 company and two startup companies.  She has implemented numerous new marketing and HR programs, best practices and training programs at each of her previous employers.  Through these past experiences, Leslie has gathered a multitude of perspectives from NASA, Marriott and The Heiden Group that serve her well as she promotes the growth and success of VisualCV.
