I'm a marketing and communications professional with more than 17 years experience in organizational brand research and strategy. My emphasis has been on creative internal/external digital communication strategies.
In November 2007, I added recruitment marketing and employer branding to my profile when I joined Sodexo's Talent Acquisition Group. Through Social Media Marketing we set out to create positive experiences for our candidates, which in turn strengthened our employer brand.
Once Sodexo started using social networking sites to connect with people, it didn't take long before we started to build relationships with potential candidates and connect with fellow employees around the world.
