Summary

I am an Arabic speaking international development professional with field experience in the Middle East.  In my current role, I have supported programming worth in excess of $80 million between 2017 – 2019, from various funders such as DFID, UN Agencies, US Government, and other charities.  These programs consisted of humanitarian aid, emergency response, stabilization, and infrastructure projects across Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon, and Jordan. Duties ranged from management and oversight of Za’atari camp, the largest Syrian refugee camp in the world, to support of multiple displaced persons camps in Iraq, to assisting refugee communities in Sana’a, Yemen. I have particularly strong experience in starting up and closing out projects, having simultaneously closed several multimillion-dollar programs, including leading the close-out effort for DFID’s £33.8 million SGS project implemented by Blumont inside Syria.
