Contracted to direct and manage StreetWise’s technology team to create and maintain community web properties for THQ and CAPCOM. 

• Developed and deployed sites for video game companies THQ/Capcom. Primary technologies PHP, AJAX, Drupal, XHTML, CSS, MySQL
• Coordinate teams consisting of over 7 people on large project engagements.
• Implemented, customized and adapted ActiveCollab (Web 2.0 Collaboration Software) for StreetWise to improve task efficiency and mirror existing business practices.

As a director of information systems at Frontier I am responsible for the continued development and deployment of the student information, learning management, content management and other information systems that are necessary for day to day operations at the university.  Prior to serving as the Director of Information Systems I served as the Interim Director of the Technology Team managing 6 employees and several 3^rd party vendors in addition to performing the responsibilities mentioned above.

·        Produce custom web applications to extend or provide features that are critical for the institutions niche requirements that did not exist within the Enterprise Student Information and Learning Management systems.

·        Implemented enterprise student information and learning management systems migrating from legacy applications.

·        Regularly participate in meetings and on committees critical to the organization including Marketing, Retention and Instructional Design in addition to those directly related to my position.

·        Converted Frontier School assessments from pen and paper to 100% online examinations within a 1 year period providing substantial cost savings.

As a web producer for NBC/Universal I utilized a combination of PHP, JavaScript, XML, Dynamic HTML and Adobe Photoshop to produce and update websites for the Bravo Channel.

• Responsible for the production and day to day maintenance of over 8 NBC-Universal/Bravo Channel websites including Universal High Definition Channel, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, Project Green Light, Top Chef and Blowout.
• Developed Podcast RSS feed for Queer Eye's weekly hip tips and audio blog. Also constructed custom XML file for distribution via Apple's I-Tunes.
• In addition to my assigned duties I also engaged in writing copy, video production (Final Cut Pro) and photo editing (Adobe Photoshop) for the websites.

While contracting for Disney's Internet Group I was assigned two high profile assignments. I was given responsibility for creating several key sections of the Disneyland.com website in their redesign project. I was then tasked to work on Walt Disney Worlds International Website which composed of over 2,400 pages and included 3 language variants.

• Created the content management system structure and developed code for several key sections of the Disneyland.com website.
• Completed all project assignments on time (or ahead of schedule) including the Walt Disney Land and Walt Disney World International websites.
• Lead 2 junior technical producers while working on the Walt Disneyworld International web site.

Primarily responsible for developing, coding and modifying high volume new/pre-existing e-commerce websites for Macro Communications. Principal technologies utilized were ASP, SQL Server and CFML. Secondary responsibilities included management and administration of all databases, e-mail, FTP and web servers.

• Developed several modules for click4teetimes.com website. These included a CMS module and an Elite Club Membership component which was produced in association with Golfsmith in under 1 week.
• Programmed Instonenutrition.com website which combined Flash/Action Script and ASP to tie into SQL Database to store membership data.
• Routinely juggled multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Within 4 weeks was solely responsible for all web programming, database and server administration for the entire company.

Operated IT consulting business. Provided a wide range of hardware, software, networking, application development and internet website services to clients in order to meet their corporate goals.

• Serviced the IT needs for over 30 clients throughout Southern California
• Worked with the founders of WTW Associates to design the most comprehensive internet application for the management of personal introductions in order to achieve a technological advantage over their competition.
• Programmed/deployed/managed dozens of websites, e-mail servers and custom internet applications for small businesses.
• Produced custom Visual Basic applications. In the case of ESOP Corporate Resources, the custom VB program reduced the amount of time required to design an ESOP proposal from 4 hours to 15 minutes.

Managed all MIS activities involving Y Media Corporation.  Primary duties involved database/network programming and administration.

• Developed and managed global IT infrastructure for the entire corporation consisting of offices in California, Colorado, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
• Built corporate Intranet/Extranet (IIS, Cold Fusion, XML, HTML, ASP) from the ground up.
• Created custom bar-coding application. Required a front end that was developed with Visual Basic for Windows CE which interfaced with the company extranet module programmed in Cold Fusion. Upon completion, all distributor inventory data was accessible via our ERP/MRP(PFW) system database.
• Designed system and XML specifications for data interchange between with supply chain partners.
• Saved Y Media over 15% on ERP implementation costs by taking on key software installation tasks to cut down on billable consulting hours.

Led re-development of GameMax’s e-commerce department.

• Programmed scripts in CFML, HTML allowing customers to sell and purchase used titles online while dynamically pulling real-time video game buy/sell prices from GameMax’s backend database (MS Access).
• GameMax website required new strategy. Once implemented, sales improved by more than 400% (year two).

• Designed, updated, and maintained the Career Center website.
• Assisted in the development and maintenance of primary CSUF website.
