I assist prime mortgagor's in the servicing of their mortgages. This includes answering questions, receiving payments and assisting borrowers in finding options when they are facing difficult times.

I assisted in the setup and tear-down process for weekly services as well as oversaw the audio/visual aspects of each service. Other duties included recruiting and training other volunteers, audio and video editing and production, multimedia/internet development and weekly service preparation.

I still help out with Four Points Church by maintaining their service podcasts, weekly email newsletter and announcement design.

Responsible for unloading daily replenishment trucks, sorting and stocking merchandise, and customer service.

Responsible for food preparation and customer service.

Responsibilities included security, counseling, reception, data entry, medical records and lab courier.

Responsible for production/direction of weekly services and special events, as well as freelance production of outside events. Also handled recruiting training for production team, web design and media development for web sites.

Sales and customer service for an affiliate of DirecTV in a call center. The majority of my compensation was commission based.

Began as a temporary position during holiday season but was promoted to full time staff afterwards. Responsible for sales, customer service, stocking and inventory management.
