I am one of the principle inventors of the concept of Visitor-Based Networking - the technology that allows you to use your laptop in hotels, coffee shops and other facilties world-wide, without having to reconfigure or adjust your computer in any way.   I designed and helped build some of the first products to offer this technology, helped sell them and market them and support them.
