Currently he is involved in renewing and enhancing UMN University Information System as a daily operation Project Manager.

More than 20  years experience in teaching in Information Technology environment.

In 1991 until 2001, I was one of the Core Team to create a New Curriculum for Bina Nusantara University for Information System Department, and after that I am still involved in curriculum development directly or indirectly.

Several Projects that I am involved with Bina Nusantara University are:

• UML Training and Documentation Enhancement for PT Astra Honda Motor

In January 1996 he join Oracle as a Business Manager for Manufacturing Industry

One of his main task was: creating awareness of Oracle solution in Manufacturing Industry by inviting Regional Industry Solution Expert to make a Seminar in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta

Last position: Marketing Communications Manager 

His main duty: Press Release to Media, Advertise in Computer Magazine (Info Komputer for 4 consecutive months), Agreement with 5 Top Computer University for Oracle University Program

Join at PT WRI as a System Analyst

His first job was to create an Integrated System in IBM S/36 and IBM AS/400 in Manufacturing Company, PT Morita Tjokro Gearindo. After this initial project he was involved in several projects using Personal Computer as his main platform:

• PT Krida Upaya Tunggal, an Insurance Broker Company for Integrated Insurance Broker System
• PT Bumi Serpong Damai, a Real Estate Company for Integrated Real Estate System
• Atmajaya University for University Information System
• Bunda Hati Kudus School for School Information System
• PT Alamas Mulia Kencana, a Glass Trading Company

In April 1991, he was promoted as a Customer Support Manager

His main job at that time was Managing Customer Complaint and most importantly create a system procedure to create a proper documentation system for the customer's system with 3 subordinate.

In April 1992, he was appointed as a Marketing Manager.

His main task at that time was promoting customize/tailor made system to the customer and at the same time promoting their General Ledger Package System. For the first time, the company create a flyer and brochure for their GL Package

On December 1994, he resigned from this company to pursue his Master Degree from IPMI Business School
