Joseph Burchell possesses unparalleled knowledge of personal fitness, health and wellness, and related fields. From the biomechanics of resistance training to dietary guidance, Joseph Burchell is remarkably adept at evaluating and meeting his clients’ needs, and he is currently employed as a Personal Trainer.
Before coming to 24 Hour Fitness, Joseph Burchell gained extensive experience as a personal trainer and consultant both through various organizations and as a freelancer. Joseph Burchell has worked in the Philippines, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Near the beginning of his career, Joseph Burchell served as a Nurse’s Aide at Straub Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. Joseph Burchell completed his training as a nurse’s aide at Kapi’olani Community College, also in Honolulu.
Joseph Burchell maintains membership in the American Heart Association, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the Cooper Institute Elite. Joseph Burchell spent 2005 at the Cooper Institute for his certification as a Master Fitness Specialist, studying topics ranging from dietary guidance to human development and aging. Moreover, Joseph Burchell continues to dedicate time to pursuing his interests in the principles and philosophy of exercise, alternative medicine, and martial arts.
