Heather was most recently an Associate with The Heiden Group The Heiden Group, a highly successful recruiting firm for venture-backed and global technology companies. The Heiden Group places executives into vital leadership and revenue generating roles including CIO, CTO, VP of Sales and VP of Business Development for hundreds of clients. The Heiden Group specializes in building national sales teams from the ground up for a number of organizations, ensuring human capital investments drive rapid and profitable growth within companies. Heather was recognized as the 2007 Recruiter of the Quarter (1st Qtr) and later received the annual Recruiter of the year award for 2007.

Before joining The Heiden Group, Heather worked for UUNET/MCI/WorldCom for more than 9 years. Heather began her career with UUNET as Human Resources Manager and was instrumental during extreme growth period by handling employee issues (HR Generalist), recruiting, employee benefits, and company compliance reportings. After the acquisition of UUNET by (WorldCom), Heather took her HR experience to continue to help the UUNET Sales organization where she provided Human Resources support to the UUNET sales division. She helped create an environment within the UUNET Sales division that produced almost non-existent employee turn-over. This enabled the group to continue to retain its employees and grow experience and knowledge. Heather later diversified her career by working within UUNET’s Sales division as an Account Manager. In this role she assisted in growing premier accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Heather has over 15 years of technology and telecom industry experience. She has held a multitude of roles that have given her high level experiences in Human Resources, Recruiting, Sales and Customer Service. She focused her career working with issues critical to employees and customer satisfaction.
