Responsible for KJM's quarterly, 4-page print newsletter distributed to over 3,000 US customers and 150 employees. Wrote and researched all articles, obtained artwork and imagery from business partners or employees, provided design and layout, and conducted fulfillment with print and mail-house vendors. Instituted consistent design principles to improve publication's appearance while also improving editorial content to deliver greater value to readers than previous editions.

Home Loans participated in the annual California Association of Realtors tradeshow in Anaheim, CA, in October, 2007. My assignment was to assist with creation of deliverables for marketing components and offer redemption program (pre-event postcards, on-site coupons), and acquisition of premiums for drawings and giveaways.

I attended the event, and wrote this presentation to summarize what I saw (negative and positive) from both our competitors and in WaMu's booth.

Icon_doc_16 Field Materials Batch Migration Plan

Responsible for managing migration of 250+ marketing collateral items from previous electronic platform to new, intranet platform. Migration involved one by one reviews of items to determine placement in new catalog (including omission when appropriate), then queuing items in logical sequence to receive edits and programming requirements. These modifications were edited through repeat rounds to ensure accuracy and robust performance. I conducted reviews through appropriate business partner groups and maintained schedules for completion.
