Regulatory Consulting S.r.l. was established in Rome in November 1999 by Francesco Costantino and Vincenzo Dispinzeri, two ex-officers of the two financial control authorities (the Bank of Italy and the Italian securities commission - Consob).
The company operates in the advisory and consulting sector for financial intermediaries, with an emphasis on the role of the practical interpretation and application of any given piece of legislation and regulation.
