From 1978 to 1982, Mr. Farzin Kimiabakhsh attended the University of Southern California’s Los Angeles, California campus. An accounting major, Farzin Kimiabakhsh spent the majority of his schooling within the confines of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, and he received his Bachelor of Science degree in June 1982. A member of the Accounting Society at USC, Farzin Kimiabakhsh became a licensed California realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors before leaving California to pursue his professional goals on the East Coast.

Following his graduation from USC, Farzin Kimiabakhsh relocated to New York and began attending classes at New York University. At NYU, Farzin dedicated himself to further study, successfully completing programs in appraisal, property management, finance, and real estate law. Eventually, Farzin Kimiabakhsh earned enough credits in the real estate program to collect his second real estate license in 1985—this time, in the state of New York.

As President of Whitestone Properties, Inc. since 1984, Farzin Kimiabakhsh has developed a considerable managerial and administrative skill set. With nearly a quarter century of building, property managing, and rehabilitation experience to his credit, Farzin Kimiabakhsh has developed a keen sense of industry knowledge and a wealth of technical expertise.

Mr. Farzin Kimiabakhsh has formerly held membership in both the Long Island Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He also serves as President of the Homeowners Association for the Kennilwood Owners Association, a group that oversees a community of 83 homes in the Village of Kings Point.
