Ernie Anastos has a reputation as one of New York City’s most beloved news anchors. He has been the recipient of a number of prestigious recognitions and awards, including over 30 Emmy Awards and nominations, the New York City Police Journalism Award, the U.S. Congress Journalism Citation, and the National Broadcasting Society’s Anchorman of the Year.
