 Assisted Program Director with Weekly Program Update PowerPoint presentations, meeting minutes and monthly newsletter for Program Management Group and Catalyst Advisory Group.  SharePoint administrator for Catalyst SharePoint.  Responsibilities included SharePoint space allocation, permissions, development, storage and document management.  The Catalyst software application was developed to standardize control assessment and operational risk compliance and reporting.

Supervised technical documentation for IT infrastructure job functions deployed to Pune, India and Singapore.  Hired and supervised technical writers.  Interviewed Subject Matter Experts in New York, London, Zurich and Singapore offices to assess documentation requirements.  Developed new documentation for hardware and software applications and updated current documentation while adhering to corporate standards and project deadlines.  Documents included System Administrator, Operations and User Guides as well as run books, presentations and workflow diagrams.  Job functions covered all areas of IT infrastructure: Change/Problem Management, Global Product Support, Capacity Management, Systems & Database Administration, System Integration and Market Data.  Managed multiple projects concurrently, estimating project scope and requirements in terms of time and resources and provided completion schedules based on project priorities.
