Elga Koehler is the former Director of Stores for Milburn, New Jersey-based CBH Incorporated. Elga Koehler conducted all aspects of CBH Incorporated's business, from training and managing a staff of 30 to analyzing market trends for buying plans and devising strategic sales techniques. Elga Koehler's work with CBH Incorporated helped the store capture a great deal of market share. Ms. Koehler diligently cultivated exclusive vendor relationships that allowed her to establish sourcing and pricing of a private label collection sold only at her location.
