As a practicing physician specializing in wound care and hyperbaric medicine, Dr. Juan Bravo is dedicated to providing his patients with the highest care level possible. Dr. Bravo is one of 24 physicians who are board certified in Hyperbaric Medicine in Florida. He operates his own practice, where he treats patients in need of specialized wound care and hyperbaric therapy. Dr. Juan Bravo is also a sought-after medical consultant and regularly speaks at wound care conferences sponsored by pharmaceutical companies like Organogenesis and Pfizer.

Dr. Juan Bravo is very involved in spreading awareness of medicine, wound care, and hyperbaric therapy to medical professionals and young people interested in a career in medicine. He imparts his expertise to local doctors, nurses, and medical students to increase their knowledge of the latest wound care technologies and methods. Dr. Bravo is also happy to discuss his field with young people who are interested in learning more about the medical field. Dr. Bravo is always available to help his friends and neighbors with any medical questions and is a well-respected figure in his community.

Dr. Juan Bravo studied Industrial Microbiology at the University of Puerto Rico, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then attended the Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico for his Doctor of Medicine degree. While there, his excellent grades gained him membership into Alpha Omega Alpha, an honor society for medical students. After graduating in the top 10% of his class from the Ponce, Dr. Bravo completed his residency at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, where he won the Charles Ackerman Award for his outstanding work.

When he is not practicing medicine, Dr. Juan Bravo enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and scuba diving. He also loves to swim and play tennis.
