  • Directed a $7.8 million project overseeing a research/engineering company's partnership and equity investment in a new startup, with direct integration of its CRM products into an online banking service's customer relationship real-time management strategy. Eliminated disjointed channel strategies/solutions and initiated mission-critical information focused on serving integrated analytical and operational customer information real-time.

Demonstrated record of identifying, closing, and managing more than $28 million in software licenses and professional services fees within a 5-year time frame.

Content Analyst® is a leader of advanced search tools and technology. Content Analyst's software, which includes patented Latent Semantic Indexing technology, provides advanced, conceptual-based search and document analysis for a wide range of customers, from highly-classified intelligence installations to world-class publishers to cutting-edge eDiscovery providers.

Primary duties focus on managing a startup product organization providing commercial and government organizations with Advanced Search tools and technology. Responsible for directing operations, professional services, channel and strategic partnerships, marketing and communications, legal, contracts, infrastructure, human resources, finance, bid/proposal activities, and IP infringement/enforcement.

  • Demonstrated capability of moving a startup technology from the research laboratory to the commercial marketplace. In first year of commercial availability, achieved more than $1 million in license sales and $3 million in services revenue.
  • Expanded base of strategic partnerships by developing and signing seven new OEM and Reseller agreements in a 14 month period.

WebTone Technologies, Inc. - Scope of duties consisted of orchestrating account management services, including business development, contractual management, operations, and delivery to multiple major financial institutions in western U.S. Planned, directed, and controlled project activities for multiple programs and program managers.

  • Directed a team that delivered a $4 million project on time and within budget for a fully functional, automated contact center sales and service division of a major California bank. Increased average household accounts by 50%. Sales Referral program from 10,000 annual referrals to 100,000, and improved close ratio from under 10% to over 30%.

Advisory Engagement Manager

Broadway & Seymour Inc. - Promoted to advisory level and entrusted with program manager responsibilities that included ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing strategic planning and cost controls, and facilitating financial models (revenues, expenses). Managed automated contact center programs from early stages through full implementation for a number of major banks.

  • Successfully managed a $4.1 million automated contact center program from early stages through full implementation for a major New York bank. Project encompassed deposit, consumer lending, and mortgage systems, along with inbound/outbound sales, predictive dialing, and an innovative Internet banking solution.
  • Improved IVR utilization from 54% to 72% for a major New York bank, while eliminating approximately 250,000 calls per year and reducing call handling times from 7 minutes to less than 4 minutes. As a result, produced $400 million in new deposit accounts and $150 million in home equity loans during the first 18 months.

Responsibilities included providing technical leadership for large financial systems integration engagements. Accountable for meeting client expectations and ensuring complete customer satisfaction, as well as employee logistical needs consistent with managing a team in a foreign country. 

  • Headed and coordinated deployment efforts of project team through final development and delivery of a financial teller branch automation project for a large bank in Singapore.
  • Partnered with IBM in a joint strategic development initiative to build a worldwide financial teller framework. Managed the requirements through gathering, sizing, and project planning phases.

Project Manager

Served as founding member of a team responsible for implementing a branch sales platform employing object-oriented technology throughout entire project life cycle. Ancillary duties included directing efforts of large systems integration and conversion engagement. 

  • Acted as team leader of application architecture group and implementation of business model using RDBMS-persistent object model framework, data mapping, and development of real-time transactions interfacing with legacy backend. Charged with providing overall management while overseeing cross-program issues.
