- Expanded software product company presence/services within the western U.S. that reached a $7 million goal in 15 months. Accomplished this while managing a $6 million license and services contract for a fully-integrated customer relationship management solution.
- Directed a $7.8 million project overseeing a research/engineering company's partnership and equity investment in a new startup, with direct integration of its CRM products into an online banking service's customer relationship real-time management strategy. Eliminated disjointed channel strategies/solutions and initiated mission-critical information focused on serving integrated analytical and operational customer information real-time.
Demonstrated record of identifying, closing, and managing more than $28 million in software licenses and professional services fees within a 5-year time frame.
