When I first met Doreen I was immediately struck by her presence. Being around her felt like a combination of strength and grace in action. She was impressive. It was immediately clear that she was highly strategic, creative, compassionate and insightful.

The result? Smooth transitions where people feel deep levels of trust and motivation to step into what’s next. When Doreen is leading your team you have the advantage of being able to see all sides of situation. And you find the most productive courses of action. She has brought insights, clarity and solutions that have helped me to make progress faster and easier than I’d ever imagined possible.

What I’ve come to learn is how beautifully she balances so many levels of intelligence–IQ, EQ and SQ. As I’ve worked with Doreen, I have experienced how powerfully she works to her strengths. She has the gift of bringing inspired strategic vision to life.

Her perspective and solutions are transformative, and encompass the highest good of all involved. She quickly sees blocks and creates paths to remove them. She identifies the opportunities and designs plans for maximizing them.

Doreen is a gifted and neutral facilitator. I've seen her dramatically shift situations to create long-term and accelerated change. The issue doesn't seem to matter. Whether it's creating new products or services, mediating leadership issues, or helping to create vision and mission statements or marketing strategies.

Doreen has led the development of some 70 products which generated millions of dollars for companies that she's consulted with. I highly recommend Doreen.
