- Conceptualize look and feel of the Answers.com website

- Direct the brand’s design identity 

- Plan and implement design parameters, style guides and visual standards

- Work with Product and Community teams to create and design all graphics for ReferenceAnswers and WikiAnswers including but not limited to: 

• Mock ups for all new and potential site changes, features, pages, bug fixes 

• Marketing kits and materials

• Page overhauls and site redesigns

- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and size of type, color scheme and arrange layout based upon available space, layout principles, and esthetic design concepts.

- Review final layout and suggest improvements as needed

- Coordinate production of designed collateral, business cards, marketing material for use in advertising and promotions

- Stay abreast of latest design trends, technologies, social networking and strategic planning, as well as attending web design seminars
