With an extensive background in telecommunications, media, finance, international business and community partnerships, we are able to look at situations and develop solutions that pull from a wide range of real world experiences.

We offer our clients strategic thinking that takes into account their objectives and goals and how the right approach can be an important tool for the business.  The services we offer include strategic communications counsel, investor relations positioning, media training and pitching, speech writing and presentation development, annual report execution, authored articles, investor or media tours, crisis communications counsel, employee communications and special event facilitation.

• Direct investor activities for the company including earnings results, analyst and institutional investor communications.  Helped drive increased awareness as well as the company’s first investor day that attracted over 300 participants.
  
• Led a team of communications professionals to develop, refine and deliver key messages to a diverse group of constituents including media, employees and industry analysts.  Included product launches, crisis communications, employee publications, corporate initiatives and communications road map.
•  Led corporate communications during an extremely active period of company’s public development.  Collaborated and helped shape messaging for industry analysts, media and bloggers.

• Oversee all investor relations activities of the company in the United States, as well as a significant portion of the company’s investor activities in Asia and Europe. 
  
• Nearly tripled investor base from IPO to Q1 2007.
  
• Frequent travel within United States, Asia and United Kingdom representing company at institutional investor conferences and one on one presentations.
  
• Work with Hong Kong based management team on a variety of communication tools including web site, annual report, pro-active public relations activities and investor conferences.

Retained by HWL to develop and direct strategies to increase positive awareness for HWL in the United States, especially as it relates to the Federal government.  This includes creating US media kit, compiling and tracking broad based US political and business contact database, advising company on value of US based business partnerships and development of media/investor plan for listing of its telecommunications segment on the NYSE.

•  Collaborated daily with outside communications counsel and internal executive team to implement our proactive communications strategy to ensure consistency and suitability of key messaging for media, community partners, investors and employees to support our strategic objectives and to ensure a positive corporate image.
•  Created investor relations program and expanded ongoing efforts to proactively communicate with financial advisors successfully increasing company’s visibility.
• Managed daily flow of information between executive management, board of directors, and operating subsidiaries to ensure each audience had the information required to operate successfully.
• Directed design and implementation of critical external, as well as internal communications tools designed to maximize shareholder value, including annual reports, annual meetings, quarterly communications, newsletters and management road shows.
•  Directed and developed corporate messaging including proactive, as well as crisis communications, with media, investors and employees for multiple acquisitions and asset sales totaling $1.6 billion, including the final sale of the company to Clear Channel Communications.
• Oversight of government lobbying in several jurisdictions including Federal, State and local.
• Led collaborative public relations teams in multiple locations.
• Directed award winning corporate giving program overseeing a $1 million annual budget.  Created and managed first company wide community project which connected all employees from each operating division to one non-profit in a two year, $5 million nationwide project. 
• Developed and managed external communications with financial analysts, as well as shareholders.
• Directed a five-year, $5 million award-winning project with Seattle Parks Department developing after school programs for young people. 
• Proactively directed communications with employees, media and local government officials.
•  Worked with management and outside counsel to successfully list the company on New York Stock Exchange, including all media, investor meetings and listing event at the Exchange.
• Supervised corporate giving activities of company managing a $500,000 budget.
