    • Built and maintained project plans according to customer roadmap, identify key risks and implement countermeasures, follows up project to reach each target.
    • A stage test tracking , B&C stages sample shipping arrangement and test follows up.
    • Arranged agreement among cross-functional team , worked with R&D defines new model BOM structure; Created, reviewed ,validated and follow up BOM till it releases.
    • Led ECR&ECN for new parts validation and software (BIOS, OS-Image and Application Software) update, created and updated AVL&FAI table to internal and customer.
    • Resolved the issues during NPI by coordinated across functional teams such as R&D, Production ,QA and Logistic, etc. to make sure project completed and delivered by schedule .
    1. Fulfilled all related tasks for 20 + new Toshiba main products (11’ to 18’) develop to mass production; successfully closed the projects, involved Netbook, Business and Game book; Especially Toshiba G50-18.4 get 2009 World Best Game book. After mass production the monthly shipment around 700K pcs on each project.
    2. New BOM and Specs. loaded into the system to start driving materials and ensure that all NPI’s will satisfy the customer’s needs, 1st BOM accurate  rate 100%.
