- Analyzed market trends, customer requirements and competitive information, identified market opportunities and develop product roadmap and position.
- Executed NPD project based on the Stage-Gate approach, conducted weekly project team meetings to ensure projects completion on objective, time and budget.
- Worked with team member on launch planning and execution, created new product presentations, prepared launch materials and support marketing activities.
- Stetted up new product price , calculated projects return on investment, submitted NPD mold investment annual budget.
- Improving the pricing system, collected and organized competitors price information (sell-in &sell-out price), provide analysis data to managers for decision.
- Managing product database, checking sales performance, follows up after launch, maintain all projects documentations and records.
- According to market and customer requirements, co-ordinated each functional managers to ensured PCR, TBR and OTR PCP. For PCR, processed Protract and Sportex new product launch event in Munich at Jul 2015; In the year of 2017, the two new pattern running at 10% of all PCR line; Up to Jun 2018, it brings more than 2.95million pcs sales volume(360million RMB) .
