Educator Christopher Adalikwu currently serves as a Professor as well as a Dean at Catholic University. His scholarship focuses on global business, although he is also notable for expertise in human resources management and organizational behavior management. Professor Adalikwu has been recognized for his academic success with awards from both the public and private sectors. Previously, Christopher Adalikwu functioned as the Dean of the College of Business at Columbia Southern University, based in Orange Beach, Alabama. In this role, he was responsible for providing academic and instructional leadership, offering oversight to course development, and assisting students and faculty with inquiries and problems.
Christopher Adalikwu has been instructing students since 1995, when he accepted the post of Professor of Management at Martin Methodist College in Tennessee, teaching courses in management and human resources. In addition to duties as a student adviser, Professor Adalikwu endeavored to create more resources for students through the initiation and guidance of the business advisory board. He also introduced internship programs and maintained involvement with a number of community and professional groups across campus. Following his success at Martin Methodist College, he spent seven years with Concordia College as a Professor and Chair in the division of Business and Computer Information.Professor Adalikwu has been involved with academia for more than three decades. He studied political science and business at the University of Northern Iowa, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree within three years. He immediately went on to graduate school at Jackson State University, graduating with an M.B.A. Most recently, Christopher Adalikwu earned his Ph.D. in Management from Walden University. Professor Adalikwu continues to be active in teaching, researching, writing, consulting, and community service, as well as spending time with family and friends.
