Duties include managing a portfolio of more than 500 executive accounts.  Answering technical, billing, and sales related questions dealing with internet technologies/software/domains/hosting.  Work as a member of a highly skilled team for providing world class service to customers by resolving customer inquiries through multiple contact channels, including phone, e-mail, chat and social media outlets.  Effectively articulating complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical customers in a ‘customer friendly’ language. Inside sales after helping customers solve difficult issues.

Using social media to promote and market company brands while providing reputation management.

Hired to produce, edit, and integrate video and digital photography with computer graphics for use in multimedia, print, online, and television programs. Develop special photographic fixtures for tests according to customer needs and expectations. Formulate work plans and monitor performance to process goals. Develop and deliver training for personnel and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety initiatives.

Challenges: (1) Expertise needed to oversee operation of digital, still, real-time, and high-speed digital imaging equipment, (2) Photography Department operations resulted in inconsistent quality and efficiency levels.

Key Contributions & Results:

• Pioneered establishment of robust quality-improvement initiatives by completing industry research, preparing presentations, and influencing internal stakeholders to adopt emerging technological tools and software / hardware solutions to enhance visual and data communications.

• Optimized Photography Department operations by authoring and instituting policy and procedure standards.

• Contributed to TRC, Inc.'s ability to capture a strong and sustainable competitive market position by evaluating market trends and implementing product-positioning strategies to ensure long-term and sustainable growth.

• Aided in the presentation of high-quality reports by arranging testing components; reviewing tests' film and motion analysis; tabulating, plotting, and performing graphics analysis; and assisting with report preparation.

• In charge of all equipment and media procurement under US government budget (GSA) policies and procedures.

Organized operations, production resources, and facility arrangements according to Production Manager direction to capture highest-quality studio and on-location broadcasts. Collaborated with producer, director, production teams, and camera and sound crews. Guided planning meetings and prepared production timing schedules, shot lists, post-production logs, and script / shot card distribution.

Challenges: Continual need for accelerating resolution of technical problems and crises, managing schedules, supporting public relations, and ensuring seamless studio floor equipment and overall operations.

Key Contributions & Results:

• Immediately surpassed Production Assistant-level performance requirements and received advanced training appointments ahead of contemporaries to expand scope of role. Selected as Floor Director to oversee entire production operation and chosen for select lighting crew, led by an Emmy-Award-winning lighting director.

• Expedited vital prime-time programming production operations, including studio camera operation, floor direction, control room audio console engineering, and technical direction, by coordinating operations and liaison affairs.

• Adeptly determined most efficient, effective, and favorable course of action to address both routine and urgent situations including breaking news and special report needs; became a highly trusted, relied-upon PA.

• Streamlined media and public relations by handling production inquiries, organizing interviews, routing critical information from live events to studio presenters, and anticipating program schedule changes and resultant set needs.

• Originated several workflow and communications improvements to sharpen relay instructions from control room to studio floor, production plans, cues to presenters, and updates to director and producer updates off-camera.

• Produced community spotlight segments for prepackages to live shows like This Week  and assisted with studio production.

• Daily production of C-SPAN's Washington Journal  and Book TV  with Brian Lamb.

• Production of pre, live, and post video packages for various shows including NewsWatch and Campus & Community broadcast to the television viewing audience of southeast Ohio and Parkersburg, WV.

• Production of live call in series Homework Hotline Live! and field/post production of required viewing by all MCPS employees, Report!: Child Abuse, about recognizing and reporting domestic child abuse.

• Head photographer in charge of picking photos for yearbook layouts.
