Summary

After receiving a degree in political science from Niagara University in 2004, Charles Stypick worked for Citigroup Inc. from 2005 to 2007, and then for Purdue Pharma L.P., where he is presently employed as a Master Files Associate. During this time, Mr. Stypick has also been an active member of the United States Army, earning the rank of Sergeant and serving in Afghanistan in 2010.As Master Files Associate for Purdue Pharma, a position he has held since 2008, Charlie Stypick establishes and maintains the pharmaceutical company’s vendor accounts, audits payments company-wide, and audits travel and expense reports. Prior to this position, Mr. Stypick worked as an Imaging Processor for Purdue Pharma, scanning invoices and conducting invoice reports. Charlie Stypick performed similar tasks while employed with Citigroup; he scanned and filed transactions, ran reports, and ensured adherence to the company’s control policies.Charlie Stypick joined the United States Army as a young man, and over the past 10 years he has been involved in the organization of training events. In addition, he has served as Officer in Charge of a training site and supervised other soldiers. He has received various awards and recognition for his service in United States Army and ROTC training programs. While deployed in Afghanistan in 2010, Charlie Stypick led an intelligence team.Charlie Stypick enrolled in criminal justice courses at Jamestown Community College, where he earned an Associate degree. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Niagara University. His dedication to public service is demonstrated not only by his time in the United States Army, but also by his role in organizing a community service project in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity International.
