Part of the IT team designing Dell’s global order management and accounting system (based on Oracle E-Business Suite). In charge of business requirements gathering as well as high-level functional and technical design. Management of the development/testing/deployment phases of the designed solutions (technical consultant and interface between the different stakeholders: business users, developers, testers, deployment team). Specialised in data extraction for reporting purposes (design of end-user reports, data architecture, and design of interfaces to the corporate data-warehousing systems). Since 2010: fully responsible for the collaborative work with the data-warehousing team: interlock with their PM and design contacts, review of a change requests, tasks assignment, training of new team members in this area).
International and remote collaboration experience (daily work with colleagues in Americas, Asia, Europe).
