Provided Salesforce.com consulting, implementation, and support services to business of all sizes and industries. Managed CRM system implementation and expansion projects using the Salesforce.com platform. Designed interfaces and data models in the Salesforce.com platform to support unique and/or complex business processes. Provided custom development services on the Force.com platform using advanced web development technologies such including AJAX, CSS, and XHTML. Developed custom integrations between the Salesforce.com platform and external applications. Trained users, administrators, and developers on the Salesforce.com platform. Managed production data centers in Philadelphia and London for a large-scale commercial SaaS applications in the temporary staffing market. Was responsible for all network and server build-out and provisioning in production datacenters. Managed and maintained corporate network and provided technical services to sales team members located off-site. Was on call and responded to production emergencies 24/7. Interfaced with Client Services team to investigate and resolve customer technical issues with web-based and IVR-based applications. Was responsible for research, development, and implementation of new technologies for the corporate and production IT infrastructures. Developed and maintained documentation of IT policy and procedures. Monitored and maintained network security using a variety of tools and methods.

Managed QA process for several large scale, on-demand web applications in the SaaS market. Executed all performance and functional testing on a three-tier ASP.NET application for the temporary staffing market. Contributed to system architecture design and application design processes. Assisted in development, deployment, and maintenance of a version control system, continuous integration system, and automated build deployment system.

Provided technical support and implementation services for an on-demand web and IVR application in the temporary staffing market. Serviced a client base of over 500 customers and over 10,000 users. Traveled to customer locations for systems analysis, implementation, and training services. Administered the customer relationship management (CRM) system (Salesforce.com) for the sales, marketing, and client services departments. Refined and redeveloped customer support processes and applications, saving thousands of man hours of effort per year. Developed support processes for alternative platforms (Mac, Linux) and browsers (Firefox, Safari, etc.), enabling the company to allow customers to access its applications from those platforms. Performed ad hoc quality assurance testing and issue tracking on the company's web application products. 

Managed client relationships and provided information technology services to over 40 small business clients. Designed, installed, and maintained client-server networks from 2 to 50 nodes using Microsoft and Novell operating systems, and a variety of other hardware and software systems.
