· 4 years of experience administering a Large Scale Network Infrastructure, including voice services (SIP, H.323, etc.), data services like DNS, Mail, Web, DHCP, VPN's, LDAP, Databases, and the right security (IDS, Firewall).
· 2 years of experience in Helpdesk (on site and by telephone) environment, troubleshooting several operating systems, telecommunications and hardware/software issues.
· 2 years of experience in all phases of application development working primarily on Web technology (PHP, ASP, JavaScript, HTML running in IIS as well as in Apache) as a Programmer.
