A proven leader and manager, Ari Glass began his career at Prudential Securities, Inc., as an Associate before moving on to Coopers & Lybrand, LLP, where he served as a Senior Associate. After three years there, he became the Chief Financial Officer of Vector Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Glass went on to accept the position of Chief Operating Officer at Intrepid Capital Management, Inc., and created a spinoff, Intrepid Associates, to develop new talents. He then joined Platinum Management, LLC, as President. After two years, Mr. Glass also became President of Paine Heights Management, LLC, a role he currently holds. At Paine Heights, Ari Glass capitalized on his experience in the special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) market. Paine Heights manages investments acquired in the past several years, including a company in the New Jersey solar industry. Ari Glass currently focuses on his role as Managing Member of the Boothbay Hybrid Fund LP. Boothbay’s lines of business include one-off investments, seeding early-stage hedge funds, and the management of the Boothbay Hybrid Fund. Throughout his career, Ari Glass has raised more than $2 billion in capital for alternative investment vehicles. With a track record of success, Mr. Glass develops investment vehicles that target high-risk-adjusted returns that are not correlated to global market indices with a current concentration in Quantitative Trading Strategies. His professional affiliations include the Alternative Investment Group, the Hedge Fund Association, and the Hedge Fund Group. Ari Glass earned a Bachelor’s degree with honors from Queens College. He now resides in New York with his wife and family.
