Summary

Currently waiting on position to finish training in the cardiovascular modality of health care. The majority of my experience comes in the arena of field technician work for a wide variety of technologies. Ranging from the complex of an electromechanical signaling system to the mundane aspects of call center support while helping end users of PC products fix their computers for business use.

Assisted small business customers with troubleshooting of Dell computers. Processed maintenance calls for dispatch of parts and activities of on-site repair technicians. Certified in Dell Latitude and Optiplex business systems for end user troubleshooting. Duties included operating system reinstalls, diagnosing spyware and virus intrusion. Ability to interact with customers to reach a solution to bring systems back to operational use after exhausting all possible troubleshooting techniques via the phone system. Duties included performing installation, maintenance and 3G system upgrades of over 145 RBS 2102 series cabinets in the Gainesville, Florida market.
During optimization of network I used Andrew Invex equipment to perform drive
testing of assigned network to ensure call quality and detect and prevent RF degradation of sites. Extensive experience in all MS Windows products and hardware troubleshooting for network buildout.

Assigned to various sites within the state to perform preventative maintenance,
construction and testing of commuter railroad signal devices. This position
required using Federal Railroad Administration testing procedures to provide a
safe signaling system for the railroad infrastructure. I performed maintenance
on these devices with a wide array of testing devices, power tools, and hand
tools.
