I am... Creative. Professional. Fun.

 

I am a graphic designer and photographer living in Hastings, MN. Much of my career has been spent with Sight Marketing (previously known as Sight Creative and ComputerChrome), where I steadily advanced from analog, film-based projects to serving as the lead designer on professional team yearbooks, media guides, corporate brochures and Web-based campaigns, as well as playing a supporting role on many projects with my photography and retouching skills.

 

For the last year-and-a-half-or-so I've been doing design and photography on a freelance basis, meeting new people and accepting new challenges along the way.

 

As a member of the Nat'l Association of Photoshop Professionals, I've been able to keep up on the latest techniques, especially when they relate to my photography.

 

I have great communication skills and build rapport quickly with contacts at all corporate levels. I have often become the "go-to" person for many of these clients once a project begins and I am willing to do what is needed to finish a project on time without sacrificing quality.

  • Designed, or implemented the designs of others, to create a variety of materials, including sports team yearbooks and media guides, brochures, flyers, posters, CD/DVD packaging, and PowerPoint presentations for a wide variety of clients, including the Minnesota Wild, Minnesota Twins, Medtronic, 3M, General Mills, and Rollx Vans. Was also project manager for the Wild and Twins projects, which included all contact with the customer throughout the duration of the project.

Troubleshoot and/or revise files as needed or requested for proper output. CD burning and duplication. Technical Services, Creative Department and Poster Shop assistance. Provide customer service and support. 


Art Camera Technician - 1995-1997: Produce flat art, reverse-outs, product shots, and format changes to client specifications. Slide duplication and mounting. Poster Shop and film processing assistance.
