We achieved a major milestone in June with the release of Analytic Reporting for Annuities and won a Model of Excellence Award from InfoCommerce Group in November. This is a transformational shift to move this firm from data processor to information provider and extend its reach across the value chain of its customers. Performed the opportunity and market assessment. Authored the business case for funding the initiative and bringing it to market. Directing staff, developing infrastructure and roadmap, building strategic partnerships, selecting technology developers and conducting client meetings.

Conceived and launched behavioral targeting of educational content and investment options based on user activity in an online 401(k) and retirement planning application. Increased revenue over 300%.
