Re-confirmation of all excursions, flights, transfers, hotel, dinner and event reservations

Escorting and assisting guests to chosen activities and events

Collecting feedback from customers

Lead groups of up 44 travellers through Australia, New Zealand and Fiji Islands on 19 day tours

Responsibilities on board 'GTV Brilliance of the Seas':

Translation of daily cruise programme into German and French

Service desk hours for all non-English speaking guests on board

All shipboard announcements in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish

Participation in hosting Captain's dinners and other onboard events

Responsibilities:

Check-in procedures for up to 12 Airlines and their Customers

Liaison with Customer Airlines Representatives

Visa and passport checks and customs clearance

Liaison with Catering, Flight Deck, Cabin Crew, Customs Immigrations

Gate control and ensure on time departure of flights

Supervisor Singapore Airlines check-in (10 staff members)

Interpreting and public announcements in French, Italian, German and Spanish

Active member Occupational Health and Safety committee
