Human Resources: Selected over 45 Senior Non-Commissioned Officers as
Primary Advisor to the Base Commander for in processing of 2356
soldiers and their families in Bamberg Germany. Developed, implemented,
monitored and evaluated policy procedures; insuring efficient, responsive services. Managed budget of $719,000.00 with responsibility for procuring durable and expendable items. Scheduled and coordinated with over 30 subject matter experts weekly including those with the local community

Administration Management: Directed production, training and control
of administrative and personnel programs as Operations Sergeant for a
Combat Engineer Company consisting of 102 soldiers. Trained all
personnel on internal operating procedures. Supervised a staff of 10 which included supply and weapons management. Prepared reports and delivered oral presentations.
•Implemented corrective measures resulting in 10 commendations in the Operations cell during the organization’s annual Quality Assurance Inspections.
•Cited for ability to maximize systems optimization of training management programs.
•Unit was awarded the prestigious “Itnisher Award”; signifying the best
Army Engineer Company during tenure as Operations Sergeant for FY 2000
Training Development and Leadership: Platoon Sergeant/Squad leader of
a Combat Engineer Platoon. Directly responsible for health, training
and welfare of 24 soldiers. Responsible for accountability/ maintenance
of $17,700,000.00 worth of equipment Supervised training and evaluation o
256 junior NCO's annually for promotion to next level.
•Selected to Audie Murphy Club Representing the best 1% of the US Army NCO
Corps.
•Raised individual training proficiency from less than 50% to over 92%.
•Selected Observer/Controller over 15 Senior NCOs as a direct result.
•Selected as Fort Leonard Wood NCO Instructor of the Year 1998.
