I’m a rare blend of left-brain analytical and right-brain creative. I’m a marketer with extensive experience in market research, communications strategy and execution, digital media content and management, project management, business analysis, sales support, training and client relationship management - for B2B, B2C, B2G and non-profits.

I’ve managed over 5,000 marketing projects for business and organizations in B2B, B2C, B2G, non-profits, associations, Fortune 100 & 500 companies, multi-brand retail, small businesses, entrepreneurial start-ups and ad agencies.

I’ve been a manager, a team member, team leader and an independent consultant. I’ve been a specialist at a major corporation and a jack-of-all-trades at a small company. This unique background has given me unprecedented insight into how to effectively communicate to targeted audiences from strategy to content development to execution to measurement, using traditional and digital marketing methods – in virtually any industry you can think of!

  • Create and manage local listings on prominent and vertical-specific sites and directories through acquisitions, store closings, reimaged locations and rebranded locations.
  • Manage reputation management platform to solicit online reviews, analyze sentiment, generate customer surveys to analyze operational insights and provide strategic direction for benchmarking and improving reputation excellence.
  • Proofread CRM emails and direct mail; conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for websites to check accuracy, consistency and functionality. Update corporate website with investor information and press releases.
