Developed ‘Go-to-Web’ product marketing strategy and currently managing all supporting efforts including actionable product development road map for companies’ complete roster of business productivity titles. Directed the design and marketing measures of new online presence including the creation and launch of a new online store and supporting back-end technologies.

Responsible for identifying and commercializing strategic technologies to expand SciTech's range of customer product solutions, while developing new opportunities for corporate growth and diversification through partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. Managed companies’ forward looking business strategies through licensing proprietary intellectual property to fund new start-up venture. Worked to identify potential acquisition candidates, negotiated the MOU and terms of  IP transfer. Managed all partner commitments to ensure proper climate remained for customer migration to acquiring company(s). 

Highlights:

• Met with key development partners including ATI and Intel to assist in identifying appropriate candidates for acquisition of SciTech’s proprietary device driver technology.
• Managed ongoing development activities in support of IBM Global Services product license agreement.
• Worked with office management to ensure that all employees were assisted where ever possible in their transition to other organizations.

Directed marketing, sales and corporate communication activities for a B-to-B and B-toC software company focused on developing high-performance graphics device drivers for embedded applications. Developed and managed relationships with industry leaders ( IBM, HP, ATI/AMD, Intel, NEC, Fujitsu Siemens, Eizo Displays, diebold, Wincore Nixdorf and others). Appointed as Corporate Secretary in 2002.

Partnered with client project teams to develop and implement overall business improvement strategies. Provided strategic recommendations as well as actionable road-maps for development of online  marketing tools which met these needs. Educated clients on the latest methodologies in effective online communications. Worked with internal teams to ensure that customer’s needs were fully addressed in creation of winning online marketing tools. Converted job classification from a job expense to a profit center by expanding the role to include a “post-win-sales” function.

Managed development, marketing and production activities of retail software company. Directed staff in all aspects of product design; including packaging, web development, collateral materials, branding strategy, competitive threat assessment, product positioning, product life cycle and sales forecasting. Coordinated external design and development teams while ensuring preparation of necessary schedules. Tracked and reported product sales in comparison to sales expectations, reviewing with executive team significant variances. Enhanced team performance and job satisfaction through team building and cross training of all members.

Highlights:

• Recipient of the SIIA Award for Excellence in consumer software packaging, business and home productivity category for WinWay Resume.
• Lead WinWays Primary software title, WinWay Resume to number one in retail sales for its respective category.
• Conceived, Developed and launched an entirely new product offering, WinWay PayRaise based on rapid product development paradigm.

Responsible for specifying and creating online sales and marketing tools. Directed outside vendors in all aspects of design and production of online marketing tools and collateral materials. Coordinated online marketing needs between various departments and translated all requests into highly effective and usable tools.

• Developed infrastructure to convert and maintain 300 page product catalog and multiple presentation pieces into a single multimedia sales tool which ran from CD and could be updated via the web. (An almost unheard of task in 1996)
•  Trained international sales team on the use of the latest web-based sales tools and fielded questions on the implementation of technology in the sales process
• Participated in the management of companies’ employee fitness programs.

Worked with writers, photographers and videographer to design and develop advertising campaigns for regional clients. Responsible for concept development and production of finished art work. Presented final layout to clients for approval. Collaborated with project teams to plan, analyze, organize and execute design and advertising projects for clients. Managed external production and design staffs. Trained co-workers on the latest design software and techniques.
