Verizon Developers Community for the Mobile Web

Verizon Wireless Development Community for the Mobile Web

The Verizon Developers Community sites for Mobile Web and Dashboard were produced for Verizon Wireless as a part of a contract to support the Mobile Web and Dashboard developers' communities, and also to develop a long-term social media marketing plan for the Mobile Web.

Web 2.0 clients on Verizon's mobile devices were not capable of providing the same user experience of a desktop browser. Verizon's Mobile Web version 3.0 provides the basis for a much more powerful Web browsing experience that includes features like support for AJAX, inline streaming of audio and video, and other features, some of which are only available to the latest mobile devices.

I was responsible for establishing the strategic redesign of the developer support sites for Mobile Web and Dashboard, conceptual product design, content, functionality and the plan for establishing a social networking/PR program for the Mobile Web Developer Center.

SAI Global

SAI Global Primary Website

This project was for SAI Global, an applied information services firm
based out of Sydney, Australia, where I remotely lead a group of
C-Level, VP, and Business Leads in a strategic redesign of their Web
presence and Information Architecture work across all of their Web properties.

I reported directly to the Global CIO and was directly responsible for a large portion of the Information Architecture you currently see on the site. Quite literally 17 different international
corporation sites had to be brought under one banner -- and I developed a strategy for bringing it all together under a unifying presence, with three worldwide business lines (Assurance, Compliance and Publishing) all vying for precious screen real estate.
